The Ethereum price has exceeded $600 for the first time since June 2018.

On Monday 23 November, Ethereum, the second most capitalised cryptographic currency, broke the psychological threshold of $600. The last time a coin was traded at these levels was in June 2018.

At its peak, ETH quotes rose to $604.80. At the time of publication, the asset had adjusted below $595.

In the last 24 hours ETH rose in price by 12%, for the week – by 15.4%.

The ETH price reached an absolute high of $1413.77 in January 2018.

ForkLog previously reported that Ethereum in Cryptosoft is the second largest coin by capitalization in terms of price growth over the past 24 hours.

Over the weekend, the number of Ethereum 2.0 deposits increased significantly, with total deposits increasing to 345,120 ETH at the time of publication.

A precondition for the launch of the main Ethereum 2.0 network is the participation of 16,384 validators, who must deposit a total of 524,288 ETH by 1 December.
